Sale Items
For final sale items with a 25% or more discount, you can exchange for another item or store credit only (excludes bottoms and accessories). If you purchased from our Black Friday Sale, email info@kinflyte.com for store credit or product exchange. For sale items with less than a 25% discount, see our policy by product type below.

Bras, Tops & Leggings (60 days)

In the US, Kinflyte bras, tops, and leggings are eligible for return or exchange within 60 days of your order date.

All return merchandise must be in original and unworn condition, free of perfumes and stains (no visible deodorant or makeup), and unwashed with the tags still on, with the reusable pouch it came in still intact. 

*If you want to initiate a return, please note you will be responsible for return shipping. We do not cover return shipping costs. You can ship with any trackable mail service. Don't forget to keep a record of your shipping tracking number. 

US Exchange / Refund / Store Credit
You have the option between an exchange, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method, minus shipping costs. For exchanges, one free exchange shipment (outbound) per order.

BOGO Sale Items
When purchasing items as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion, the promotional discount is based on the lowest priced item. For returns, a refund or store credit will be reduced to the prorated discounted amount for the returned item(s).

Final Sale Items
For final sale items, including last call items, bottoms (underwear, shorts), gift cards, and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned (no refunds or exchanges).

US Returns handling

To initiate a US domestic return or exchange, submit through our Online Exchange/Returns Portal so we capture the right details and it will give you an RMA number (RMA number is required for all returns)For returns handling, please anticipate allowing for return shipping time, up to 10 days to inspect and process the return. 

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.

*If you received a free promotional item (i.e. bento carry bag) it is yours to keep, and do not return.

International Sales (All Sales are Final)

Please note that international sales (outside the US) on kinflyte.com are final sale. We cannot accept international returns and exchanges at this time. 

Underwear / Bottoms (All Sales are Final)

All Underwear and shorts are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. This includes the Underwear, Deco Shorts, and Dream Shorts. Note: For health and hygiene safety reasons, we cannot accept them.

Bundle Sets

If you purchased a discounted bundle set that includes an underwear / bottom, then the bundle is not eligible for a refund. You can exchange bras and tops, but we cannot accept underwear / bottoms for exchange or refund.
