EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
In the US, Kinflyte bras, tops, and leggings are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of order payment date. You can begin your easy return/exchange via our online portal.
- Exchange: Free
- Store Credit: Free
- Refund: $9.99 return fee. If you’d like a refund to your original payment method, we will deduct $9.99 from your refund to cover return shipping and restocking (for the order). Any original shipping fee is non-refundable.
All return merchandise must be in original and unworn condition, free of perfumes and stains (no visible deodorant or makeup), and unwashed with the tags still on, with the reusable pouch it came in still intact. For eligible returns, if you do not use our return shipping label, we will not issue a refund. The provided shipping label is how our system tracks and verifies exchanges and returns.
**Note that the return/exchange policy doesn’t apply to international purchases (outside the US). All international purchases are Final Sale once shipped, and are ineligible for refund.**
Prime Sale
The discounted Prime Sale was final sale and ineligible for refund. In the US, bras, tops and leggings are eligible for exchange only. To request an exchange from the Prime Sale, email info@kinflyte.com
BOGO
BOGO items can be returned or exchanged in the US (excluding underwear & shorts). When purchasing items as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion, the promotional discount is based on the lowest priced item. For returns, a refund or store credit will be reduced to the prorated discounted amount for the returned item(s).
ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Some items are marked final sale and not returnable due to safety and health reasons. Bottoms (underwear, shorts), and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned. Gift cards and store credit are ineligible for return. Donation(s) for Gift for Good are non-refundable, as those are charity donations directed to a non-profit organization.
Kinflyte does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier and does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information customer has provided is incorrect or was incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
US Returns Handling
To initiate a US domestic return or exchange, submit through our Online Returns Portal so we capture the right details.
- A prepaid shipping return label will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Once our warehouse receives your return, allow 10 to 14 days to inspect and process your return for refund.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus $9.99 return fee / any shipping cost paid on your original order (if applicable). Original shipping fee is non-refundable.
